Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

• Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Madhya Pradesh through reputed logistics providers.
• All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, an alternative recipient (family member, neighbour, colleague) may sign. NIRVEE ORGANICS is not responsible once the package is signed for.

International Shipping & Customs

• International shipments may be subject to Customs Duty / Import Duty / VAT / Other government taxes in the destination country.
• These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
• Please check the cosmetic import regulations of your country before placing the order.
• If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, the order will be returned, and refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and return costs.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping across India (except for sample/trial packs).
• International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout, excluding customs duties.
