Return & Refund Policy
At NIRVEE ORGANICS, we ensure the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
Eligible Returns / Exchange Cases:
• If you receive a tampered or damaged product, inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
• For quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in saleable condition.
Non-Eligible Cases:
Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or wrong application.
• Requests beyond the timelines mentioned above.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions marked as “Final Sale.”
Refunds:
• No refunds will be issued once products are delivered and accepted.
• In case of approved returns, refunds (if any) will be initiated to the original payment method after quality check.
• Refund timelines: 7–10 business days from product receipt at our warehouse.
